Computers

We have six computers that offer access to the Internet, filtered just for children ages 12 and under.  Children must bring their library cards in order to log onto the computers for one hour. A printer is available for use in Youth Services. Black and white printouts are 10¢ each, and color are 50¢ each.

Computers in the Youth Services offer educational software programs and the latest Internet Explorer browser.  The software titles available on the six lab computers include:

Library Tours
 
Classes and formal organizations are welcome to visit the library for a tour or storytime program. Please make requests for visits at least two weeks in advance. 

Daycare Storytimes

Daycare Centers may schedule regular storytime visits with Youth Services. Please contact us to arrange a time for you!

Accelerated Reading

We have copies of the Accelerated Reading booklists from area schools which are available in Youth Services. We will be happy to help you locate books for you to read that are a part of this program.
